I have over 10 years’ experience as a Careers Leader and Advisor, supporting hundreds of young people to define their goals, make confident post-18 choices, and secure pathways to long-term career success. I am passionate about helping others unlock their full potential and thrive in their chosen careers.
I am a CDI-registered practitioner, holding a Level 6 qualification in Career Leadership and Personal Guidance & Advice. Alongside this, I am an experienced secondary school mathematics teacher with a strong belief that careers education is vital in empowering our young learners. My background spans both the UK and USA education systems, giving me valuable insight into international approaches to student development and progression.
In 2024, I was honoured to be awarded London’s Most Inspirational Careers Leader of the Year, a recognition of my commitment to raising aspirations and ensuring students have access to the very best guidance.
Academically, I hold a BSc degree, the NPQML (National Professional Qualification for Middle Leadership), and RCDP (Registered Career Development Professional) status. I understand the real pressures schools face in meeting the Gatsby Benchmarks, particularly Benchmark 8: Personal Guidance. To support this, I offer flexible online careers services outside of school hours, ensuring every young person can access the advice and guidance they need.
Above all, I am dedicated to ensuring that every pupil has the right tools, knowledge, and confidence to succeed in their future careers.
My coaching approach is tailored to each individual client, as I believe that everyone has unique strengths and challenges. I use a combination of assessments, exercises, and one-on-one personal guidance & advice to help my clients identify their goals and create a roadmap for achieving them.
